Display entry must be "yes" to display report. Blank or "no" to NOT display report.
Photo are by default set to 200 pixels wide. Photos being used should be as close to 200 pixels wide as possible for quality display. Max photo file size must be less than 300K.
Photo file type must be one of the following: jpg, jpeg, tif, gif
If you enter a new record you must also browse for a photo to upload in order to save the record. All records must have an associated photo. Below is a default photo that may be used. To use this photo it must be saved to your pc, then uploaded.

Save the image - right side mouse click on the image and select "save picture as...." to a location on your PC.
